Inbound-Only Architecture: TempMailC operates exclusively as a message reception platform. Outbound email transmission from public mailboxes is strictly disabled to prevent abuse and maintain pristine domain reputations.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use TempMailC solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the service for:

  • Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to commit fraud, financial scams, identity theft, or unauthorized access to computer systems.
  • Receiving or facilitating the transmission of stolen credentials, child exploitation materials, malware, or extortion payloads.
  • Circumventing bans or security controls on platforms where you have been legally suspended.

3. Ephemeral Nature of Communications

You acknowledge that:

  • Temporary mailboxes and all associated messages are inherently short-lived and will be permanently deleted after the designated expiration window (typically 1 to 24 hours).
  • TempMailC offers no guarantee of permanent message retention or message recovery once deleted.
  • Crucial Warning: You must NEVER use TempMailC temporary email addresses for banking accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, tax portals, medical services, or any account where permanent, long-term access recovery is vital. We bear zero liability for lost access to third-party accounts registered with disposable emails.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, immune to third-party blocking, or that all incoming emails will be delivered without delay. Senders with misconfigured SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records may be rejected by our automated spam filters.

5. Limitation of Liability
